300 Pieced Hexagons shows how you can use these diamonds with other shapes to make hundreds of designs. If you use this diamond for the Candied Hexagon pattern from Australian Patchwork and Quilting the pieced hexagons are 2.5 inches finished. There are examples on the All About Inklingo blog (searchable).

Sew by machine or use a running stitch instead of English Paper Piecing (EPP). It's more portable, more fun, more precise, and faster! There is a video on YouTube with great tips for sewing inset seams by machine (hexagons) and you can use the same technique with these diamonds. Love the lines. Quilt more!
