It is always fun to celebrate a special occasion with Inklingo friends.
Monkey has a Stars & Stripes chair and lots of friends.
They chatted about freedom and liberty.
Monkey shared his sunflower seeds.
A good time was had by all.
We Canadians wish the same for you. (Roll over the photos for captions.)
Linda took more than 200 photos in a short time and there are at least 36 more that are as good as these. Consider yourself lucky. We appreciate you so much that we limited ourselves to only 4 photos for the 4th.
While our friends celebrate the American Revolution of 1776 (freedom), everyone can join the Quilting Revolution of 2006 with Inklingo (free).
Happy 4th of July to all of our American friends, and Happy Monday to everyone. Thank you for visiting.

Cute photos – thanks for sharing 🙂
I agree with Helen…Monkey is a very patient friend to sit so nicely for photos that we enjoy!
Happy Canada day (belated) to you and family and God Bless America and Canada…)the home of some of my ancestors)!
The chipmunk is so cute 🙂 and Monkey so brave to let him sit on his head ;)) Thank you for sharing your photos Linda 😀
Happy Day after the 4th ;)) hugs Elly
I look forward to your pictures of Monkey and his friends.
Hugs Sweetie,

Love your pictures 🙂
Have a great day.
I’m so glad Monkey has a new friend. What’s his or her name? Are we just supposed to call him Chippie? Hope you had a happy Canada Day as we are celebrating our 4th. I’m off to the beach soon to watch the fireworks, assuming the rain holds off. (Will have a SPF in your honor, Linda ).
What wonderful photos. I would love to see all of them. Hope you post more another day.
Hip-hip-hurray and thanks for the happy wishes. Monkey sure is having fun sharing his goodies with good friends. That’s what we all enjoy on this important holiday.
I’m not sure Monkey was entirely happy when his new friend stood on his head – he has the same long suffering look a grandad has when his grandchildren insist on him joining the fairy tea party and wearing flowers in his hair! I love the last photo – Chippie kissing Monkey on the forehead to say goodbye!
Gotta love clever Monkey !
those are just the cutest photos…I bet they were waited for patiently 🙂
