Your feedback about Tilde’s 15 Minute Challenge was so positive that we have decided to do it again with a draw for another $25 Gift Certificate in July.
Tilde’s 15 Minute Challengeis designed to help you print your very first shapes on fabric with Inklingo.

Click to download the Challenge here (2 pages), and get in on the fun.
When you have done the Challenge and reported your results, I think you will want to make a Tiny Tote with Tilde’s Tiny Tote pattern too—and it is FREE.
This is a Tiny Tote that Rae Ann made for Penny in 2009.
Tilde in Copenhagen has been a dear freind (that’s how Jane Austen spelled it) for over ten years, and she was one of the first three quilters to use Inklingo in 2006. She is an amazing person and I feel very lucky to know her.
If you do the challenge today, red and white would be good, don’t you think? The Canadian and Danish flags are both red and white.
Tilde is the brains behind the Inklingo Sampler blog and theInklingo Projects blog too.
Whether you are a beginner or experienced Inklingo quilter, you can enter!
The challenge was created in response to questions and suggestions. If you have suggestions, we want to know that too. The Inklingo Yahoo group is a great place to meet.
Monkey says NOW would be a good time to do it. How can you resist? Tilde’s 15 Minute Challenge
It is a perfect summer day here in Burlington, and the garden is lush and colorful thanks to a rainy spring. We are feeling lucky and proud to be Canadian and to have such a wonderful way to make friends all over the world. Thank you for visiting!

Took the challenge last week. Had been away from inklingo for a couple years. Was even easier than I remembered. Took me about 12 minutes. Have now cut out and sewn the two stars and am going to make them into a little zippered bag for a friend. They look so pretty and perfect!
Trying to decide on my next project, need to be ready for all the football watching. I think a Winding Ways may be in my future!
I finally took the challenge today. Had tried printing previously on older printer that didn’t feed well. Got a new printer and once I sent it to that printer, printing went perfectly. Took me a little longer than it should have to cut out shapes, so the total time was 29 minutes. I can’t wait to use this in a quilt.
Today I took the challenge. I did it in 22 minutes. I had tried a different color on a very dark ground fabric and had to run it through 3 times until I could see the lines. The first one was quite clear and easy to cut. It did help to let the FP+Fabric relax a bit before running it through the printer. I can see how you could do it in 15 minutes once you get the proper set up with the printer.
This could get addictive!
I’ve just printed my first Inklingo pages! It took me 29 minutes and 55 seconds to print the two pages *and cut out the shapes I needed for one block) and that included 5 minutes of flattening the freezer paper under my laptop ;o) The second sheet caused more problems than the first – I had trouble placing it in the printer correctly so that it didn’t slip down into the printer. I think I’m going to have to plan my printing so that I’ve factored in overnight FP flattening…All I need to do now is decide which collection to buy first! Question – do I stitch on or above the dashed line?
Printed again today. i am planning a small baby quilt with these stars.
Congratulations ladies. I’m so happy to see so many taking up Tilde’s challenge. Makes us all realise just how wonderful Inklingo truly is. Glad to see another challenge invitation going out for July. Way to go Inklingo!
