TWELVE Castles in New Zealand!
Isn’t this beautiful?
These 12 Castle Wall blocks were sewn on a trip between Auckland and Napier in New Zealand.
Gaylene used two sizes of Inklingo Castle Wall together and she fussy cut the octagons.
WOW!

I haven’t been able to finish it completely as I ran out of fabric but as luck would have it last weekend there was a sale at our craft store and there was the fabric! Yahoo.
It was literally done on the road from Auckland to Napier and back.
Isn’t that a great way to remember a trip?
All you have to do is print the shapes on fabric and load up your sewing kit!
You can rotary cut several layers at a time before you leave home or cut on the road with scissors.
This design is in an EQ file that has been on the blog since February.
(All of the free Inklingo EQ files are listed under the EQ tab, above.)
You can see how perfectly the three sizes of Castle Wall work together—4.5 inch, 6 inch and 9 inch.
Thank you very much, Gaylene for allowing me to share your Castle Wall quilt top online!
I am thrilled that you found the fabric you need to finish it. I hope you will email me more photos as you go along too.
