Spool Quilt Blocks (Klosjes)
Cathi of Quilt Obsession is making spool blocks (klosjes) with Inklingo for a quilt for Mr. Q. O.
A picture is
worth 1000 words.
But these words say it well:
“I just sat down and printed enough charms with shapes for another 35/40 spool blocks in less time than it takes to drink a cup of coffee!”
Cathi is printing the shapes on fabric with squares and 90-degree hexagons in the Inklingo POTC shape collection.
You can see Cathi’s many Inklingo projects on her blog, and start having fun yourself in the next few minutes. Start with the Diamond Triangle Square shape collection, okay?
4 pictures. 99 words. Better quilts.

I suppose no one has the heart to tell her she is making bow ties 🙂 Spool blocks have a much longer center and shorter spool ends.
Wonderful!!! Easy!!! Inspiring!!! I just love this. It’s too easy!
LOL If Cathi can’t inspire you to use Inklingo no one can!
I just love this Linda…its what I must do too, soon – Klosjes! It looks wonderful explained this way♥
