Circling Swallows

Traditional tools make Circling Swallows challenging for many quilters. It is a gorgeous variation of 8-pointed stars and you can print the shapes on fabric to make it with Inklingo. It is a wonderful design to sew by hand or by machine or a little of both (hybrid). It has developed under a number of names since the 1920s. It is also called Swallows, Flying Swallows, Falling Star, Flying Star, etc.
