Watch Inklingo in Action
Inklingo makes cutting and sewing more precise, whether you prefer to sew by hand or by machine.
Inklingo Quilt Studio makes this easier! You only cut the fabric to the custom page size now—not the freezer paper. This 2016 video shows Adobe Reader (not the Studio) and an old version of the website but is otherwise relevant. See the Guided Tour for current instructions.
This video shows the advantages of printing cutting and sewing lines directly on fabric, with examples of cutting, sewing, and different quilt shapes.

Frequently Asked Questions
What fabric can I use?
Almost any cotton quilting fabric is suitable for Inklingo. Iron the fabric to freezer paper so it feeds through an ordinary Inkjet printer.
Will the ink show?
Inklingo includes a Test Page with 20 colors and line weights so you can choose lines that are easy to see while sewing but don’t show through the front of your fabric. Test your own printer ink for washability before starting a quilt.
Do I need acrylic templates?
No! Inklingo prints precise cutting and sewing lines directly on fabric. Cut with scissors or a rotary cutter and sew by hand or by machine.
What can I make?
Start with LeMoyne Stars, triangles, diamonds, and squares. The Inspiration page has hundreds of other possibilities to explore.
