Happy Thanksgiving from Canada!
In Wednesday Tute 21, I showed you how to print 16 sheets of fabric for 50 of these fussy cut stars (400 diamonds).
It is amazing how many I can sew in short breaks through the day.
It makes me happy to see my pile of beautiful stars growing.
The hard part is not sewing all day long. I try to stop with just one and get back to work on the next new shape collections.
These stars are all made with the free Diamond/Triangle/Square shape collection.

I wish I had your eye to visualize the fussy-cut possibilities/patterns/combinations that you have. But I don’t…yet! 🙂 Here’s a tip that might help others like me: Simply scan your fabric and then print it on a sheet on paper. Now you can try all kinds of variations without wasting fabric, printing more “fabric” as needed until you get the perfect fussy-cut design.
Happy Thanksgiving and wow how I wish you would of shared the pumpkin cheese cake recipe! Sounds great.
It’s hard to believe that these are all from the same fabric, isn’t it? Lovely! I am doing virtual sewing today by looking at your stars and imagining the needle going in and out of the fabric in a beautiful running stitch. Workladen on this holiday, but your stars are inspiring!
Thanks to you, Monkey, and Russ for all you do for us!
Hope you & Russ & Monkey have a Happy Thanksgiving! We are truly thankful for you and all you do and share with us!
Happy Thanksgiving to you and all my Canadian friends. Keep those stars coming. They are GORGEOUS!!!!!!
Linda these are beautiful. Think I will l look for a special fabric and make some stars. You inspire me.
Happy Canadian Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving to you, Russ and Monkey.
Happy Thanksgiving, Linda.
Those stars are SO enticing! I want to play and make kaleidoscope stars, but the pickle dish is my priority for stitching right now. And that’s what I will be stitching on this lovely Thanksgiving day!
Fabulous! I love seeing the pictures of your results! Thanks for posting!
Linda these are gorgeous! I am totally in awe of what you and so many of your Inklingo users are able to do!
