Inklingo requires Adobe Reader or Acrobat (version 7.0 or later). This problem usually occurs if you are using an unsupported PDF Reader such as Mac Preview. Please note that portable readers such as the Sony eReader do not have full versions of Adobe Reader or Acrobat, and usually have trouble reading protectedpdfs. Some non-English versions of Adobe Reader also result in error message 60.
Even though you have Adobe Reader 7 (or higher) on your computer, you may also have other PDF viewers. They all look similar, so you may not realize it. If another PDF viewer is the default, you may get an error code. To avoid this, please Right-click on the icon or file name for the Inklingo Shape Collection and choose Open With. . . so you can choose Adobe Reader 7 or newer.
Also, please ensure that your Internet connection is active.
