Warming Up the Inklingo Web Site

Some of you say Inklingo allows you to spend more time sewing and less time getting ready to sew. There is a long list of reasons why you love to print, cut, and sew, and why you tell your friends about it. Thank you!

When I wrote asking for suggestions last week, there was an outpouring of great advice for improving the web site.

I am listening. There has been a good response to the new PDF already, and that was one of your suggestions.

There are even a few writers and web site designers in our midst who graciously offered their help! They made remarkably similar suggestions—all very helpful.

It is going to take days and weeks to go over the web site to improve every page, but I started with a few key pages about Inklingo. I hope you will have a look at this and keep your suggestions coming!

We want the web site to give a warm welcome to everyone, especially quilters who visit for the first time.

Speaking of warming up, are you buried in snow and ice? They say there is snow in 49 US states right now! I hope you have been lucky, like us.

Our driveway was plowed this morning while we were eating breakfast, and all of the roads are clear. We only got 5 or 6 inches of fresh, light snow overnight and now the sun is shining. All of the big storms have gone north, south, east, or west of us this winter. We are counting our blessings and staying warm and cosy inside, as much as possible.

Please let me know what you think of the new pages, and how we can warm them up. A web site is never finished. You are the best!

“Warm regards!”

Linda & Monkey

  1. Hi Joan, It’s a PFAFF 7550 circa 1994. It is one of the standard feet that came with it. I love it. It gives me a great view for stitching along a line.
