A Choice of Methods

I sew these shapes by machine unless I need a portable project. With Inklingo lines printed on the fabric, you can sew some seams by hand and some by machine, if you wish.

Love the lines. Quilt more!

With the potential for fabulous fussy cut centers on this block, I knew I had to have this collection. This large block goes together nicely with hybrid sewing–part by hand, part by machine. I’m intrigued by the fussy cut 3″ kite hexagon as design element in other blocks. I think there may be a fussy cut Jack’s Chain in my future…

This simple collection has extraordinary possibilities! The collection includes multiple printing options to accommodate straight of grain on different sides, or through the middle for perfectly centered stripe kites. These kites offer lots of quilt design options on their own, or combined with the 3″ hexagons and Shape Collection 3 for pieced hexagons. Fantastic shape collection for all hexagon fans!

This collection is way too much fun. The effects one can get depending on colour placement are endless, add in the 3″ hexagon collection and even more options are opened up. It’s a joy to stitch one of these blocks!

This opens up so many possibilities with the 3″ hexagon collection that I can’t wait to play. It’s a wonderful addition to the hexagons!
