Sewing pentagons and diamonds into rosettes is similar to sewing hexagons, but there is added complexity for this design because the rosettes overlap and interlock. Detailed diagrams for the rosettes and assembling the quilt top are in the book. BONUS If you order the Passacaglia shapes to print on fabric (in the combo), I manually add the Hexagon Quilt Design Book ($20 value). The design book focuses on 60 degree hexagons but the sewing and pressing instructions apply to shapes in Passacaglia too.
