First, it is a good idea to review the Download Instructions (under the Support tab), and also:
- Ensure that you are online with either a dial-up or high-speed connection.
- Ensure that you have Adobe Reader/Acrobat 7.01 or later. Some quilters get errors with non-English versions of Reader. See the Adobe Reader FAQ below.
- If you have a software firewall program on your computer, such as Windows Firewall, Norton, ZoneAlarm or McAfee Personal Firewall, then you need to allow Adobe Reader/Acrobat to communicate with the Internet to unlock Inklingo. If you are not sure how to do this then please contact your software firewall vendor for instructions.
- Ensure that you are using the correct e-mail address format (described above) and password.
