Print on fabric now just in case you get the flu!

I got the flu first and I tried hard not to give it to Russ, but he got it too. We are past the worst now.

Don't get sick!

Monkey’s little friend traveled all the way from Florida. We were no fun, so Monkey needed someone to play with.

A very sweet friend sent a little sunshine and it arrived at exactly the right moment. Thank you! Thank you! The postman made a special delivery, right to the door!

That little monkey made me almost feel human again.

I was lucky that I had lots of shapes already printed on fabric, so even when I was feeling crummy, I could stay in bed and sew.

When I was feverish and half awake/half asleep, I thought up a little project for the blog, and it’s something we have not done before. Please subscribe to the blog (right sidebar), so you don’t miss anything good. We have some fun planned for the next few weeks.

That’s all I’m saying.

Okay, okay. Here’s a little clue.

A hint of what's to come.

Are you mystified?

Stay tuned.

LAST CHANCE – POSTAGE INCREASE

Please order today or tomorrow if you want to beat the postage increase. Russ will be going to the post office in Niagara Falls very early on Thursday morning, January 24th to mail books. Don’t say we didn’t warn you, okay?

We’re lucky so many Inklingo shape collections are downloadable, so there’s no postage at all!

Don’t get sick, and if you do get sick, I hope you have some Inklingo shapes printed and ready to sew when you are lying in bed and need something quiet and relaxing to do.

  1. So sorry to hear that you and Russ have been so ill! And it IS great to have pieces cut and ready when I am feeling like hiding in my studio and sewing for sanity. My hand pieced hexagon section for brother Dan’s 60th birthday quilt is coming along nicely, but Dan had another pulmonary embolism about 10 days ago and is recovering, although his imminent mortality colors every waking moment – kind of grey around the edges. Funny how those colorful little patches can be so therapeutic… Keep getting better, and I do hope Monkey doesn’t get it!

  2. Thank goodness you and Russ are feeling better. I wonder what mischief Monkey and his technicolour friend got up to.
I’m very intrigued! Grey, pink and white — Baxter’s colours. 🙂
